Jason Lu

Founder

Jason Lu has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience building successful technology companies.

Before netElastic, Jason founded and built many innovative software companies, including CertusNet, RioRey, NetImmune, and AlphaSight. Currently he is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of CertusNet, a world-leading provider of information platforms and application solutions for enterprise, carrier, and government agencies.

Jason previously held positions as CEO, CTO, senior network engineer, and principal system engineer with many well-known technology companies, including Hughes Network Systems. Jason is known for being an energetic technology expert and an innovative creator of successful products.

Jason has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Peking University. Jason also has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in China.

Dr. Weixiao Liu

CEO

Dr. Weixiao Liu is CEO of netElastic Systems. Weixiao brings more than 20 years of experience leading and managing organizations in the development of enterprise and carrier-grade software solutions.

Prior to joining netElastic, Weixiao was Director of Engineering at iDirect, where he was responsible for all software development and innovation that helped iDirect triple revenue to over $300 million. Prior to iDirect, Weixiao worked as a Senior Engineer at Thomson Silicon Components, leading their global research efforts.

Weixiao received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Physics from Miami University.
